Iesr Foundation

We've been here in Ajit Nagar for a while now. Our office is on the ground floor of Gali Number 11, right at Ix/4124. It’s a busy spot in Gandhi Nagar and there is always something going on outside. Most mornings, we just unlock the gate and start sorting through the daily tasks. There isn't much fancy furniture here, just some desks and chairs that have seen better days. The street outside is always noisy with people moving around and scooters going past. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or talk about what needs doing. It gets pretty cramped when more than a few people show up at once. We handle a lot of different things throughout the week. One day it’s helping a neighbor with some forms, and the next it’s organizing some papers for the Iesr Foundation. It’s not a big corporate operation by any means. It’s just us working in this little corner of the neighborhood. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven’t found the time for that yet. We mostly focus on getting the work done. People stop by to ask questions or just to say hello while they’re passing through the lane. We don’t have a big sign outside, just the address and the name. It’s a practical space for practical work. Nothing more, nothing less. We keep the files organized as best we can. Sometimes things get busy and the desk disappears under paper. That's just how it goes here. We usually eat lunch together at the back table.
