Gurbir Singh Architect

So, I've been running Gurbir Singh Architect from my place at 763, Garden Enclave for a bit now. It’s right near the Verka Vallah Bypass, which makes it easy to find if you're coming from the main road. The office is basically where I spend most of my days looking at blueprints and drawing up stuff on the computer. It's not a big fancy studio with a lobby or anything, just a workspace where things get done. People usually come by when they want to build a house or change something about their current one. We sit down, look at the plot size, and figure out where the walls should go. It’s a lot of back and forth with the paperwork too. Sometimes the city rules are a headache, but that’s just part of it. I try to keep things straightforward. If a design doesn't work for the space, I'll say so. It’s better to be honest about it before the bricks start going up. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which helps when I need to focus on a complicated floor plan. I’ve lived around here for a while, so I know how the local building stuff usually goes. It’s just me and a couple of helpers sometimes. We don't do anything flashy. It's just about getting the lines right and making sure the rooms make sense for the people living there. Usually, it's a cup of tea and a long talk about windows.
