Gjrd Global Impex (Opc) Private Limited is located at House No 105, Arose Avenue in Patiala. We’ve been here for a bit, and 147001 is where we call home. Since it's an OPC, it's a small operation, mostly run by just one person with a little help from time to time. We deal with global imports and exports, which sounds like a lot, but it's really just a lot of time on the computer and the phone. Being in Arose Avenue is nice because it’s a decent area of Patiala. The house doubles as our workspace, so it’s got a very personal feel to it. It’s not a cold office building. We have our files stacked up and the printer usually has something going. We handle the logistics of moving goods across borders, which means we deal with a lot of different time zones. It can get tiring, but it's what we do. We don't have big meetings or fancy presentations with slides. It's just about getting the work done and making sure the shipments are moving. We’ve stayed in Patiala because we like the pace of life here and it's where we started. It’s a simple business run by regular people who know the trade. We just keep things moving every day from the front room.
