It isn't a fancy setup but it works for what we do. People in the neighborhood know the spot. We spend a lot of time just looking at site plans and trying to figure out how to make things fit. Sometimes clients come in with a tiny sketch and we have to turn it into something real that the builders can actually follow. It’s mostly just hard work and a lot of measuring. Ranjit Avenue gets a bit busy during the day but our office stays relatively quiet so we can focus. We don't have a big team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the drawings and checking on sites when we have to. Most of the time is spent staring at the computer or sketching on large sheets of paper that always seem to get rolled up the wrong way. We have been in this location for a while now and the locals know where to find us if they need a plan drawn up. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep things simple for everyone who walks through the door. There’s always coffee on the desk and some project or another waiting to be finished before the sun goes down.
