Udit Pharmaceuticals

Being located right outside the Ghee Mandi Gate means it is always noisy around here. We are tucked in near Raj Transport, so there are big trucks coming and going at all hours of the day. The dust from the road gets into everything if we leave the door open too long, so we keep it shut mostly. Udit Pharmaceuticals has been operating from this spot for a few years now. It is a bit of a cramped space with all the medicine cartons piled up to the ceiling, but we manage to find what we need. The morning usually starts with the sound of engines idling outside and the smell of diesel. We sit at these old wooden tables and go over the stock lists. It’s not a shiny corporate office, just a practical place to do business near the transport hub. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or two in the afternoon, so we just sit outside on the plastic chairs and watch the people going through the gate. We know the guys at Raj Transport pretty well, and we often share a jug of water or some snacks when things are slow. It’s a busy life in this part of town, but we are used to the rhythm of the market. Most of our day is just packing boxes and making sure the labels are stuck on straight. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening.
