Frontier Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is located right off the G.T. Road in Nijjarpura, which is part of the Jandiala district. Being on such a major road means we are never really away from the sound of passing trucks and cars. It’s a very practical location for us because it makes shipping and receiving much easier than being tucked away in a city. Our facility is quite large because we need the space for our polymer work. It’s not a fancy place; it’s a working plant where people are busy from morning until evening. Most of our workers are from the local villages nearby, so there’s a real sense of community in the workplace. We don't use a lot of big words or have corporate meetings that last for hours. We prefer to just get on with the production. The weather can be tough here, especially in the peak of summer, but we just keep the work going. The ground is often covered in dust from the highway, and there’s always something that needs cleaning or fixing. We don’t have a marketing team writing about our vision. Our vision is just to make sure we have a good product and that it gets delivered on time. We’ve been at this spot for many years and have become a bit of a landmark for locals on the G.T. Road. It’s just a straightforward, honest business where people work hard every day.
