Fitness Hangover

Our gym is right on G.T. Road in Chheharta. The building number is 1060, and we are quite close to India Gate. If you’re driving through Amritsar, you’ve probably passed us plenty of times. Fitness Hangover is just a local spot for guys and girls in the neighborhood to get strong. We have been here for a bit, and the place has its own character. It’s not one of those shiny new gyms you see in the mall. We have iron weights, some old-school machines, and a lot of energy. The traffic on G.T. Road can be a nightmare sometimes, but once you’re inside, it’s all about the work. We don't do much marketing because word of mouth usually does the trick for us around here. People know we are here and they know what to expect. It’s a bit rough around the edges, maybe a little paint peeling here or there, but the equipment works fine. We are open early and stay open late because people have different shifts and need the flexibility. We just want a place where you can come in, do your sets, and head home. There’s no fancy locker room or anything, just a place to change and get to it. Chheharta is a hardworking area, and our gym reflects that vibe.
