Expansion Works

We’ve been running Expansion Works from our office on the second floor of Ganpati Tower for a while now. If you know Lawrence Road in Amritsar, you know how hectic it gets around here, especially being so close to BBK DAV College. There’s always someone coming or going, and the noise from the street usually makes its way up to our desks. It’s just how things are in this part of town. We spend most of our days looking over plans and making sure everything is moving along like it should. Our space isn't fancy or anything. It’s got desks, a lot of files, and a corner where we keep the kettle for tea. Usually, we start the morning by sorting through whatever came in late the day before. Dealing with the heat in the summer can be a bit much, but we keep the fans going and just get on with it. Most people who stop by are local, looking to get something built or fixed up. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just a few of us trying to do a decent job for the folks who walk through the door. Amritsar is a place where word of mouth still counts for something, so we try to be clear about what we can do. Sometimes projects take longer than we want because of supplies or weather, but that’s the reality of this kind of work. We’re just here every day, 6-7 Ganpati Tower, trying to stay organized.
