En Route - The Travel Boutique

Our business is called En Route - The Travel Boutique. We are located at number 72-A on Taylor Road in Amritsar. It’s a bit of a different name, but we are just a regular travel office at the end of the day. Taylor Road is a decent area and we have a small space here where we sit and organize trips. We aren't a massive chain with offices everywhere. It’s just this one spot. We spend the hours looking at schedules and trying to make things line up for people who want to travel. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks or we run out of pens, just like any other small office. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just handle the phone and talk to whoever walks through the door. Amritsar is a big city but Taylor Road feels like our own little corner. We've been here long enough to know the postman and the other shop owners nearby. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just help with travel. It’s practical work. The office has some maps on the wall and a lot of notebooks. We try to stay organized but when it gets busy, there are papers everywhere. It feels like a real workplace because that is what it is. We just do our best to get things right and keep the business going day by day.
