The clinic is right in the middle of Hall Bazar, across from the old Prabhat Studio. If you’ve ever walked through Hall Bazar, you know how crowded and lively it gets with all the shops and people. We’ve been here for years, and the "And Sons" part of the name really shows how long this has been a family thing. The building is quite old, like most things in this part of town, with high ceilings and thick walls. It stays relatively cool inside even when it’s hot out in the bazar. We don’t have any modern glass facades or neon signs, just the old board outside that’s been there forever. People come from all over the city because they remember their parents coming here too. The floor is made of old tiles that have been worn smooth by years of people walking on them. We have a lot of benches for people to sit on while they wait, and the tea stall nearby usually brings us some chai in the afternoons when things slow down for a minute. It’s a noisy, busy place but it’s ours. We don’t really follow a strict corporate schedule; we open up, see the patients, and talk to the neighbors. It’s a very traditional way of doing things, and we haven't felt the need to change much over the decades. It is just how things are done here in Hall Bazar and we like the routine.
