We’ve been here at Gali No. 1 in Guru Ramdas Nagar for a while now. The Daljit Kaur Memorial Ayurvedic Clinic And Kerala Panchkarma Research Centre is a long name, but we just think of it as our workspace in Sultanwind. It’s a busy area and we try to keep things steady. Most days are full of people coming in for Panchkarma or looking into Ayurvedic stuff. We’ve got the research side of it too, which keeps us busy when we aren't seeing folks. The clinic is basically just a place where we follow these old traditions. It isn't anything fancy or high-tech looking from the outside, but we have what we need to do the work. The neighbors know us, and we know them. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the street, but that is just how Sultanwind is. We focus on the oils, the herbs, and the different routines that make up Kerala Panchkarma. It takes a lot of time to get those things right. Our staff usually just gets on with the daily tasks. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or big signs. People find us because they know where Gali No. 1 is. It’s a practical setup, really. We just want to make sure the Ayurvedic methods are used properly here. It's a lot of manual work and checking things. We're just here doing our bit every day.
