Biologique Foods Llp is over at 81 A, Basant Avenue. This is a nice enough neighborhood. It’s mostly houses around us. We operate out of this address and it feels more like a home-turned-office than a big company building. We like it that way. Basant Avenue is usually quite peaceful compared to the main commercial streets. There are trees along the road which give some shade in the summer months. Our space is simple. We have a few rooms where we handle all the food-related paperwork and planning. It’s not a place with a huge staff. Just a few of us working together. Sometimes we sit out on the porch when we need a break. The address 81 A is easy to spot once you turn into the avenue. We’ve been here for some time now and the postman knows us well. We don’t have fancy glass partitions or a big board meeting room. We just use the tables we have. It’s a practical way to run things without spending too much on stuff we don't need. The quiet helps us focus on what we are doing. Every now and then there is a bit of noise from a neighbor’s renovation or a barking dog, but otherwise, it’s just the sound of birds and the occasional car passing by. It’s a good, steady place to be based. We are happy to be in such a calm part of the town where we can just get on with things.
