Our office is at House No.14-A on Nagina Avenue. It is a quiet spot located near the Power Colony on Majitha Road. Working out of a house instead of a big commercial building really suits the way we like to do things. You can usually find someone here during the day, unless we have all gone out to visit a construction site. The office is really just a couple of rooms that are filled up with drawings, catalogs, and material samples. It gets a bit crowded with all the rolls of paper and the old drafting stools that we still use. We have lived and worked around the Majitha Road area for a long time now. It feels like home because it actually is our home. Sometimes the doorbell rings and it is just a neighbor coming by to chat, rather than a client. We do not mind that at all. It is just part of living and working in this part of town. The commute is very short for us, which is a big relief. We do not have a big reception desk or a dedicated person to answer every single phone call the moment it rings. We just pick up the phone when our hands are free. It is just how a small local practice operates. We do not have any fancy brochures or marketing plans. Most people just see the name on the gate and stop in to ask a few questions. We stay busy enough with the local work.
