Avtar Singh Co

We have been over here in Akali Market for a good while now. If you know the area near the Golden Temple Post Office, that is exactly where you will find us. It gets pretty crowded around here most days with all the people coming and going, but we like the energy. Being so close to the post office makes it easy for us to handle things, though the noise from the street never really stops. Avtar Singh Co is just a small setup, nothing fancy. We just show up every morning, open the doors, and get to work. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a quick break, but mostly we are busy with whatever needs doing that day. It is a bit cramped inside because of all the stuff we have to keep around, but we know where everything is. People stop by just to ask for directions sometimes since we are in such a well-known spot. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just the name on the front. It is mostly just us doing our thing day in and day out. Some days are slower than others, especially when it rains and the market gets all muddy, but we stay open regardless. We have seen a lot of shops change hands around here, but we are still in the same spot. It’s just how we do things. Not much else to say really, we are just part of the neighborhood. It's a simple life and we don't need much more than that.
