Alpha G Corp Development Pvt. Ltd. is based at Alpha One right on G.T. Road. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always something happening right outside our windows. Being on a main road like G.T. Road means we get a lot of noise, but you get used to it after a while. Our office is where the planning happens. We spend hours looking at maps and talking about where the next project might go. It’s not all exciting work; there’s a lot of paperwork and waiting for approvals that can take forever. We have a small kitchen where someone is always making coffee, and that’s usually where the best ideas come from. We aren't a group that likes to wear suits every day unless we absolutely have to. Most of us just wear what's comfortable for a long day of work. The building itself is okay, nothing too special, but it serves its purpose. We’ve had some good times here and some stressful ones too, especially when a project deadline is coming up fast. We don't try to act like we have all the answers. We just take things one day at a time and try to solve problems as they pop up. It’s a lot of coordination between different teams. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing, and other times it's strangely quiet. We just keep moving forward with whatever task is on the desk today. It is what it is.
