You can find Vindhani Clinic right opposite the Uma Restaurant in Babra. It’s a handy landmark because almost everyone in town knows where the restaurant is. We often get the smell of whatever they are cooking over there drifting across the street during lunchtime, which can make you quite hungry while you're working. Babra is a small place, so word travels fast, and most of our patients are people we see at the market or around town every day. The clinic itself is quite modest. It’s just a couple of rooms where we see patients who have various complaints, from stomach aches to seasonal allergies. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles, just the essential medical supplies and a place for people to sit down. The front door is usually open to let in a bit of a breeze, even if it brings in some noise from the street. We’ve been at this spot for a while, and it’s become a bit of a routine for us. We open up, check the supplies, and wait for the locals to drop in. Sometimes it’s busy, sometimes it’s slow, but it’s always consistent. It’s not the kind of place that feels cold or clinical; it feels more like a part of the neighborhood. People stop by to ask for advice or just to say hello while they’re out doing their shopping nearby. We keep things simple and just focus on helping whoever walks through the door each morning.
