Trilokpati Food Processing Ltd. is located right on the Amreli Liliya Highway in Village Godhvadhar. Being on the highway means we get a lot of trucks passing by, and the dust from the road is something we just have to live with. Our site in Godhvadhar is where all the processing and cleaning happens. It is a rural area, so many of our staff members walk or bike in from the village nearby. The facility itself is quite large, with big sheds where we store the raw materials before they go into the machines. There is a lot of manual work involved here, from sorting the crops to making sure the bags are stitched up tight for transport. We don't have any fancy marketing people or a big sales department on-site; it is mostly just the production crew and a few of us handling the day-to-day operations in the small office area. The sun can be quite brutal out here in Amreli, so we usually start the heavy work as early as possible. You can hear the hum of the machines from the road, which lets people know we are busy.
