Shyam Caterers & Restaurant

Shyam Caterers & Restaurant is located right on Station Road in Amreli. We are exactly opposite the ST Bus Stand, so you can imagine how busy it gets around here. There is always a bus pulling in or leaving, and people are constantly rushing about with their bags. We get a lot of travelers who are just looking for something to eat before they catch their next ride. The kitchen stays busy from early morning because we have to get everything ready for the day. Being on Station Road means there is no shortage of noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. The smell of spices is always hanging in the air around our entrance. We have a few tables where people can sit down, but a lot of what we do involves the catering side for events around town. The floor is usually a bit wet from cleaning, and the staff is always moving between the front and the back. It’s a practical setup. We don’t have fancy decorations, just the basic stuff you need to serve food. Sometimes when the buses are delayed, the place gets really packed with people waiting. We just keep serving and doing our thing. It's a local spot that has been part of the Amreli landscape for quite a while. Most people know where the bus stand is, so finding us isn't hard at all.
