You can find Shree Ramchandra Travels situated right under the bus station in Kunkavav. Being located on Amreli Road like this means we hear the big engines and the horns all day long. It is a very practical spot because if someone misses their regular bus or needs a specific ticket, they just walk down the stairs or around the corner to find us. The office is a bit tucked away, which keeps it a little cooler during the hot Amreli summers. We keep a few registers for all the bookings and a phone that rings more often than you’d think. Kunkavav is a busy hub for people traveling around this part of Gujarat. We see a lot of farmers and workers passing through every day. Most of them aren't looking for anything fancy, just a way to get to their destination on time. We spend our mornings getting everything ready and our evenings making sure everyone got where they needed to be. It’s a lot of sitting and talking, really. Some days are slow, especially when the weather is bad, but usually, there is someone coming in to ask about prices. We don't have any big corporate goals, just keeping the shop open and helping the local community with their trips. It’s a regular job for us here under the station, and we have gotten used to the constant buzz of the buses overhead.
