Kishan Kanaiya Oil Food Industries is based right beside Gujko Masol. We have been operating from this location for quite a while now. The work here is pretty steady and revolves around the production of oil and food products. Every morning, the place gets moving early. There is always a particular smell in the air from the processing, which we have grown used to over the years. It is a practical environment, focused on getting the batches done and ready. We do not have a fancy corporate office or anything like that. Our space is for working and storing what we make. The floors are often swept but they get dirty again pretty fast. That is just how it is in this line of work. We have a small crew of people who have been with us for a long time. We know each other well and we know the machines even better. Sometimes the equipment acts up and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it instead of producing. It is a bit of a trek to get out here for some, but for us, it is just the daily commute to B/S. Gujko Masol. We just focus on the containers, the seals, and the quality of what goes into the bottles. It is honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We do not talk much during the heavy shifts, we just get it done and go home.
