Sarvoday Hospital

Sarvoday Hospital is situated on the Main Road in Rajula. We are in the Amreli district and our landmark is the Swaminarayan Temple right across the street. Having the temple there is nice because it is a place everyone knows. The hospital stays busy because the main road is always full of vehicles and people traveling through. You can hear the temple bells sometimes in the morning. We have a decent-sized building with several rooms for patients who need to stay over. It is a very practical place. We do not have a fancy lobby or a coffee shop. We just have the essentials for medical care. The staff here are from Rajula and the villages nearby. We all speak the local language and understand the needs of the people here. It is a hard-working environment. We deal with whatever comes through the door, whether it is an accident from the road or someone with a fever. The floors are tiled and we keep them scrubbed clean. There is a lot of dust from the road so we are always wiping things down. We do not have a big website or do any advertising. People just know we are here. It is a community hospital in the truest sense.
