Rajwadi Fast Food

Down here on Bhavnagar Road in Babra, things move at their own pace. We are Rajwadi Fast Food, located right near the bus station. That means we see a lot of people who are just passing through Amreli. The 365421 area is usually quite dusty, especially when the buses pull in and out all day long. We keep the stools clean as much as we can, but the wind always brings in more dirt. It’s just how it is in this part of town. The kitchen gets hot, especially during the lunch rush. We don't have a big menu with fancy names. We just make what people want to eat quickly so they don't miss their bus. My uncle started this place a while back. Now I spend most of my time here looking at the clock and the bus schedules. We have a regular routine of prepping the food early in the morning before the sun gets too high. It’s a basic shop with some simple counters. The locals from Babra stop by sometimes just to chat, but mostly it's travelers. We don't put up big posters or try to look like a chain restaurant. It’s just a small fast food joint by the road. Sometimes the power goes out and we just use candles or torches until it comes back. We just keep going because people need a place to grab a bite. It's regular food for regular people.
