Rajdhani Dehydration

Our place is situated out on the Savar Kundla Road in Nesvad. It is a bit of a drive out here, but it gives us the space we need for the dehydration work. We have big areas where we process the vegetables and the sun out here is really strong, which helps with the drying. My brother and I run the daily operations. We spend a lot of time outside on the grounds making sure everything is spread out right. The wind can be a problem sometimes, blowing dust around, so we have to be careful about that. It’s a quiet area compared to the city, mostly just trucks passing by on the main road. We have some local workers from the village who come in every day to help with the sorting. The work is repetitive and can be tiring when it's hot, but it is what we do. We don't have a big fancy office, just a small room with a desk and some chairs where we keep the books. Most of our day is spent out where the machines are. The road to Savar Kundla is always busy with tractors and people moving their crops. We’ve been here for quite a few seasons now and we know the land and the weather pretty well. It's a plain, honest way to make a living and we like it that way. We aren't trying to be anything big, just a local drying unit.
