M/S.Ultra Tech Cement

Out here in Kovaya, things move a bit slower than in the big cities. M/S. Ultra Tech Cement has its spot at Q.No-F-221. It is a staff quarter type of setup. We are located in the Taluka of Rajula, which is part of the Amreli district in Gujarat. The pin code is 365541 if you are sending mail. It is an industrial area because of the cement work, so there is always a bit of dust in the air and trucks moving around on the roads. Our office is not anything special to look at. It is just a practical space where we handle the daily chores. Living and working in the quarters means you see the same faces every day at the local shops or when you are walking to the desk. We do not have fancy lunch spots nearby, so most of us just bring food from home or eat whatever is available. The weather gets really hot in the summer, and the fans in the office have to run at full speed all day long. We just focus on the cement business and keeping everything organized. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls to different sites. We are not looking to impress anyone with a big lobby or fancy furniture. We just want to get the job done and go home to our families in the same neighborhood. It is a quiet life centered around the plant and these quarters here in Kovaya.
