Gohil Medical Agency is right in the heart of the Main Bazar in Chital. Being in a place like Chital, everyone pretty much knows where everything is, so we don't have to worry about people finding us. The Main Bazar is the center of everything here, and our shop has been a part of it for as long as I can remember. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze inside because we carry quite a bit of stock to make sure we have what the local folks and smaller clinics might need. I spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or writing down orders in my ledger. It’s a very manual way of doing things, but it works for us. The storefront isn't anything special, just a sign and some glass windows that I try to keep clean despite the dust from the street. In the mornings, the bazar is loud and full of energy, which I like. It slows down in the heat of the afternoon, and that’s when I usually try to organize the crates that came in. We aren't trying to be some big corporate chain; we’re just a local agency in Chital doing our part to keep medicines available. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to use flashlights to find things, but you get used to that. It’s just how things are in the bazar, and we keep the doors open anyway.
