Delta Education Academy

Delta Education Academy is located in Amreli, near the Bhidbhanjan Chowk area. Most local people know the spot because Shreeji Hospital is right nearby. We are tucked into a space that stays pretty busy because of all the activity around the chowk. You can usually find us there from early morning until the sun goes down. The academy isn't very big, but it has everything we need to help the students who come through our doors. There are desks lined up in rows and a few charts on the walls to help with different subjects. We spend a lot of time just sitting and going over things until everyone understands the day's work. The air feels a bit cooler inside compared to the dusty street outside. Bhidbhanjan Chowk is a central part of town, so there is always a lot of movement. You see people on bicycles and carts passing by the front all the time. Sometimes we hear the sirens from the hospital, but mostly it's just the sound of the town. We keep a stack of extra pens and paper on the front desk because someone always forgets theirs. It is a very straightforward place. We just try to keep things moving along and make sure the students have a place to sit and concentrate. It’s been our daily routine for quite some time now in this neighborhood.
