Ares Fresh Foods Llp is over in Rajula, right near the Sarjan Talkies. We are actually located at Krishna Electronics, which might seem a bit confusing to some folks. Amreli is a quiet place most of the time, and we like it that way. We deal with fresh food, so our days start very early, often before the sun is even up. It is a lot of manual work, moving boxes and checking the quality of the produce. Our space isn't very big, and it smells like fresh vegetables most of the time. We do not have any fancy marketing gurus. It is just a family-run kind of vibe here. Sometimes the weather in Rajula gets too dry and we have to worry about the stock. My boots are usually dirty by noon. We just try to get things from the farm to the people as fast as we can. It is not a high-tech operation. We still use a lot of handwritten ledgers because they are easier for us to manage. People in the neighborhood know us and stop by to see what is fresh today. We are not trying to change the world. We just want to provide good food and earn a fair living. That is pretty much the whole story of our little business here in Amreli. It is simple work but it is honest, and we have been doing it this way for quite a while.
