Our office is out in Chalala, which is in the Amreli district of Gujarat. We are specifically located in the Danev Society, right near the Bapa Sitaram bus stand in the Mafatplot area. Being near the bus stand means there is always a lot of dust and noise, but it’s also very convenient for people coming in from the surrounding villages. We aren't a big city company with a lot of money to spend on fancy things. Our office is simple, with just the basic furniture and a couple of computers that we use for our daily tasks. Most of the people working here are locals from Dhari or Amreli. We know the families around here and we understand how things work in a small town. We don't have big meetings or long presentations. We just sit down and get to work on whatever is needed for the day. Sometimes we have power cuts, so we have to stop and wait, or we just talk until the lights come back on. It’s a very different pace than the big cities. We handle a lot of administrative work and we try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who walks in. It’s a quiet life mostly, just doing our part for the local community and making sure the business stays afloat. We focus on the tasks at hand and don't worry about being flashy. It's just a regular workplace where everyone knows each other's names and shares the occasional snacks from home.
