Vidarbha Travels

We've been here in Amravati for a while now. Our office is right on Old Bypass Road, near the Camp area. If you live around here, you probably know the spot. Vidarbha Travels isn't a huge corporation, just a local place where we help people get where they need to go. We handle bookings and look after the buses coming through. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it's quiet enough to have a slow tea. It gets dusty out here on the bypass, but it's a good location because it's easy for the drivers to pull in. We don't have a fancy waiting room with air conditioning, just a few chairs and some old magazines. People come in asking about schedules for Nagpur or Pune. We try to keep the paperwork straight, though it’s mostly digital now. My nephew helps with the computer stuff. We see the same faces every week, mostly students and folks working in the city. It’s a busy road, especially in the evenings when the long-distance buses start showing up. We just keep things moving as best as we can. It’s honest work. If you’re walking past the Camp area, you’ll see our sign. We usually have a few drivers hanging around chatting. Nothing too special about it, just a regular travel office doing its bit on the bypass. We have been in this spot for years and the neighbors know us.
