Travel Star

Travel Star is located inside Ramlaxman Sankul. If you know K L College Road or Rampuri Camp, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times. We are right by Sindhi Chowk, which is always a bit of a chaotic spot with all the rickshaws and people moving about. The office isn't very large, but it fits what we need. We spend most of our mornings sorting out the bookings and answering questions for folks heading out of Amravati. Being near the college means we see a lot of students looking for cheap tickets back home for the weekends. It’s a lively part of town to work in. We’ve got a couple of old desks and a calendar on the wall that’s usually a month behind. We don't do anything fancy here. It's just about getting the tickets printed and making sure people know which bus is theirs. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to do things the old-fashioned way for an hour or two. It happens. We just sit out front and wait for the power to come back. People in the neighborhood know us well enough. We aren't part of some big chain, just a local shop in the 444601 area. If you’re at Sindhi Chowk, you can just ask someone where the Sankul is and they’ll point you right to us. We’ve been here for years.
