You can find Tejas Associates at Shivkrupa Apartment, which is situated near the Takhatmal Homeopathy College in Rajapeth. Being near the college means there are always students and people walking past our door. Our office is a simple apartment-style space. It’s not very large, but it serves us well for the work we do. We mostly deal with property matters and local consultancy. Inside, we have some basic office furniture and a lot of paperwork stored in cabinets. We don't have any flashy decorations or a big receptionist area. Usually, one of us is there to answer the phone or greet anyone who walks in. The atmosphere in Rajapeth is usually quite lively, especially during the day when the college is in session. We spend a lot of our time meeting with people to discuss their land or house needs. It’s a lot of talking and explaining things. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just tell people what we know about the local market and help them with their documents. Sometimes we are out of the office for hours at a time visiting different sites or going to the government offices. If you stop by and the lights are on, you’re welcome to come in and sit down. We are just a small team trying to do a decent job for the people around here. It’s a plain, hardworking environment without any of the corporate polish you see in the big cities.
