Shree Sant Gajanan Baba Tours & Travaers

Our office is right on the Main Road in Amravati, very close to the Bus Stand. If you’re walking toward the station, you can’t really miss us. We go by the name Shree Sant Gajanan Baba Tours & Travaers. It’s a busy spot because of all the travelers coming and going at all hours. We spend our days at the counter, answering questions about bus timings and seat availability. It’s a bit of a noisy location with the sound of horns and engines constantly in the background, but we’ve gotten used to it. The walls have some old posters and a big calendar to keep track of the days. We don’t have a fancy lounge for waiting; people usually just stop in to book their tickets and then head to their platform. We see all kinds of people, from families going on holiday to workers heading back to their villages. Sometimes the buses are late because of traffic or breakdowns, and we have to break the news to the passengers. It’s not always easy, but we try to be clear about what’s happening. We drink a lot of tea to stay sharp, especially during the night shifts when the long-distance buses are departing. Our setup is basic—just a few ledgers, a phone that rings quite often, and a bench for those who need a rest. We’ve been part of the travel scene here for a long time, just helping people get where they need to go.
