Our little office is right here in Dhawane Wadi, specifically in Ward No. 3 of Dhamangaon Railway. Shree Ganesh Insurance Consultant is basically just a room where we keep a lot of folders and stacks of papers. Being near the railway means we hear the trains going by all the time, which you just get used to after a week or two. People from the village come in when they’re worried about their tractors or their family’s health. We sit down and go through the forms together. It’s a lot of reading small print, and we try to make sense of it for everyone. The ceiling fan wobbles a little, but it keeps the air moving during those hot afternoons. We don't have any big signs, just the one out front so people know where to turn off the main path. Most of the time, it’s just neighbors stopping by to ask a quick question about a premium they missed or a new policy they heard about. It’s quiet work, mostly, except for the trains rattling the windows. We’ve got a small desk and a couple of plastic chairs for people to sit on while we talk. Dhamangaon is a small place, so we know most of the folks who walk through the door. We don’t do anything flashy or polished. We just handle the paperwork and make sure the files are kept in the right cabinets. It’s just how we spend our days here in the ward, helping out with the little things.
