Nagpur Road is always moving, and that is where you can find our office in H V Nagar. Being near P.D.M.C. means there are always students and hospital visitors walking around. Shiv Travels & Tours is here because people always need transport in this part of Amravati. It is not a big corporate setup, just us in a small space near the medical college. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or talking to drivers about their routes. Some days are slow, and we just sit and watch the traffic go by on the main road. Other days, like during wedding seasons or holidays, the phone won't stop ringing. We handle a lot of local trips but also some longer journeys toward Nagpur or other nearby cities. People in the neighborhood know where we are. We don’t use any complicated systems, just regular notebooks and a computer to keep track of things. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the road construction nearby, but that’s just how it is. We try to make sure every person who walks in gets a clear answer about costs and times. There are no big promises, just the work we do every day. Having the shop here for so long makes us feel like part of the neighborhood in H V Nagar. We appreciate the regulars who come back every time they need a vehicle for a family outing. We usually close up once the sun goes down and the traffic thins out.
