Shirke Construction.Pune is based out in Gadge Nagar, over in Chandur Bazar. We are in the Amravati district, postcode 444704. Even though the name says Pune, this is where we actually do the work. It’s a bit of a drive from the big city, but we like it here. We handle construction projects around the local area. It’s mostly outdoor work, so our boots are usually covered in mud or dust. The office is just a place to store the blueprints and have a cup of water. We don't have any fancy mission statements or things like that. We just look at the site, get the materials, and start building. Some days the weather stops us, but we get back to it as soon as we can. It’s a small team, mostly people from around here who know how to handle the equipment. We've been in Chandur Bazar long enough that people recognize the trucks. It isn't a glamorous job, but it is steady. We don't have a big website or a social media manager. We just talk to people face to face. If there's a job to be done, we show up and do it. That is basically how we have always operated. It keeps us busy and the bills paid. We don't need much else besides a good crew and a clear day to get through the work.
