I work out of a place called Sanskar, which is located in Deorankar Nagar in Amravati. It is more of a residential-style setup than a big commercial office building. Deorankar Nagar is a relatively quiet neighborhood compared to the main market areas, which is nice for the kind of work I do. The house is easy to find if you know the streets around here. I have set up the office area to be simple and functional. There is a desk, some chairs for people who come to visit, and shelves full of papers and books that have accumulated over the years. It is a personal space, so it doesn't have that cold, sterile feeling of a big corporate office. You might hear the neighborhood dogs barking or children playing outside while we are talking. I have lived and worked in Amravati for a long time, and being based in Deorankar Nagar feels right. People usually call ahead before they come over. The entrance is straightforward, and there is usually a bit of space to park a scooter or a car out front. It is the kind of place where things move at a bit of a slower pace. I spend most of my day here, going through files and meeting with whoever stops by. It is not a fancy operation, just a regular office in a regular house where I get my work done day after day.
