Prakruti Clinic

Prakruti Clinic is based in Civil Line. It’s an older part of town with quite a lot of history, and we’ve settled in here pretty well over the years. The building isn't anything special to look at from the sidewalk, but it serves our purpose just fine for what we need to do. We have been here for some time now, seeing people from all over the neighborhood. The walk into the clinic is very straightforward. We don't have a lot of extra staff, so usually when you call or walk through the door, you are talking directly to one of us. It gets a bit busy in the morning hours, but the afternoons are usually more relaxed. We try to keep the waiting area comfortable for everyone, though it is quite basic with just a few benches and some old magazines to look at. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks as long as it is clean and we can do our work correctly. People seem to like that we don't act like a big, cold corporate office. We just talk like regular people and try to figure out how to help with whatever is going on. Sometimes the street noise outside can be a bit much, but that’s just part of being in Civil Line. We like this location because it’s easy for people to find. We are here most days.
