National Food Products

If you know City Chowk, you already know how crowded and loud it gets every single day. We are right in the middle of that rush at Buddi Lane, near Deodi Bazar. National Food Products is tucked away right opposite Burhani National High School. During the morning and afternoon, you can hear the school bell ringing and the kids shouting, which keeps the whole lane feeling lively. This part of the city is very old and the lanes are narrow, so getting our supplies in and out can be a bit of a headache with the traffic. We deal with all sorts of different food products here. The building is not new; it has that old bazaar character with thick walls and small windows. We have a lot of regular customers who have been coming to this specific part of the city for many years. Inside, we have stacks of boxes and bags sitting everywhere. It is a tight fit, but we know exactly where everything is kept. The humidity can be a bit much in the summer, but the stone floors stay relatively cool for us. We mostly just focus on our daily orders and making sure the shop is ready for the morning rush. Being across from the school means we see many parents and teachers too. It is a busy life here in Deodi Bazar. There is never a quiet moment. (247 words)
