Namrata Engineering Works

Our workshop is tucked away at Abhar Phata Chandur, right near the Basaveshwara Mangal Karyalay. We have been doing this for a long time now. Usually, you can hear the sounds of the lathes and welding sets before you even see our sign. It is a bit of a dusty place, but that is just the nature of engineering work. We handle whatever jobs come through the door, from small repairs to making bigger metal parts. Most days, we are covered in grease and metal shavings. We do not have a fancy reception area or a big office. It is just the shop floor where all the actual work happens. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with scrap metal lying around, but we always know where our tools are kept. People from around the area stop by when something breaks or when they need a specific piece of metal cut to size. It is a small team here, just a few of us who know the machines well. We just focus on getting the tasks finished so the customers can get back to their own business. The shed gets pretty hot in the summer months, but we just keep the fans running and stay busy. It is just how we earn a living and it keeps us occupied from the early morning until we finally lock up at night. We have seen the neighborhood change over the years, but we stay right here doing the same work every single day.
