Plasti Surge Industries Pvt. Ltd. is located over at A-70 in the MIDC area. Being in an industrial zone means it's mostly warehouses and big factories around us, which is where we fit in. We manufacture various plastic items, mostly for the medical side of things. It’s a lot of machines running and people keeping a close eye on the production lines. We deal with bulk orders mostly. The factory floor is usually busy with staff moving pallets or checking the quality of the latest batch. It’s a noisy place, as you’d expect from an industrial setting. We've been in this spot for a good while, and the walls have the scuffs and marks to prove it. We don't have a fancy showroom because our work is all about the utility of the products we make. Everything is about making sure the specs are right so the items do what they are supposed to do when they get to the hospitals. It’s a practical business. We deal with a lot of shipping and logistics, making sure the trucks get loaded on time to head out from the MIDC gates. Some days the machines need extra maintenance and everything slows down for a bit, but we get through it. It isn't glamorous work, but it's necessary. We focus on the daily output and keeping our team coordinated. If you come to visit us, you’ll probably find us in the middle of a production run with plenty of paperwork.
