Mehul Mobiles

Mehul Mobiles is on the ground floor of Dutta Palace. We are right at Gandhi Chowk, which is one of the busiest spots in town. If you look for the Andhra Bank, we are just near there. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just wander in while they are out doing their banking or shopping. The shop is usually filled with the sound of the street outside. We have glass counters where we display different mobile phones and gadgets. It’s a lively place to work. We spend our time selling new phones, but a lot of our day is actually spent helping people who have trouble with their current devices. Sometimes it is just a setting they can't find, or maybe a screen that needs replacing after a drop. We aren't a big polished showroom. It’s a real shop where things can get a bit messy behind the repair desk. We have tools and spare parts scattered around where we work. People in the Gandhi Chowk area know us well. We see the same faces almost every week. We try to be helpful and just give people straight answers about their phones. There is no corporate talk here, just regular conversations about what works and what doesn't. We stay open late because that's when most people have time to stop by after their own work is finished.
