Krishna Food Product

Krishna Food Product is located at Plot No 78-A in Kokanwadi. We are quite close to the Murtizapur High School, so we hear the school bell and the kids playing throughout the day. We make various food items here. It’s a small operation, mostly family and a few local workers. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen or the processing area. It’s all about getting the recipes right and making sure everything is clean and ready to go out. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that people like what we make. Sometimes we try out new things to see if they work. Some do, some don't. We’ve been in Kokanwadi for a while now and the locals know where to find us. The smell of whatever we are cooking usually drifts down the street. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day, but it’s rewarding to see the finished products packed and ready. We don't use any fancy machines that do everything for us; there is still a lot of handwork involved. We think that makes a difference. We are just regular people making food for the community. We really like our small shop near the high school. It keeps us busy and we like the routine of the daily production and the local chatter. Every batch we make feels like it matters to the people here. It's just a simple food business.
