You can find us in Amravati, right opposite the Aarti Stone Crusher on the Akoli By Pass Road. It’s a busy spot near Kathora Naka. Being near a stone crusher means it’s never really quiet here, but for a company like Gammon India Limited, it feels right at home. We are right in the thick of things. The office is basically a hub for the projects happening around this part of Maharashtra. We have a lot of dust on the windows and the sound of heavy machinery is just background noise to us now. The team here is small but we've been working together for a long time. We handle a lot of the material coordination and equipment logs from this office. It’s not a place for suits and ties. We’re mostly in our work boots and rugged clothes. We spend our days tracking shipments and making sure the sites have what they need to keep moving. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just have to wait it out or work by the windows with natural light. It’s a very real, very practical way of doing things. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We're just a group of people working out of a bypass road office trying to keep the projects on track. It's dusty, it's loud, and it's exactly where we need to be to get the work done without any unnecessary distractions.
