Out here in Mozari, things are a bit different than the big city offices. Our setup is with S.L. Kandalkar in the Tiosa area of Amravati. It’s more of a rural feel compared to being in the middle of Mumbai or Nagpur. The air is a bit clearer, though it gets incredibly hot during the summer months. Our office is a simple structure, situated where we can keep an eye on things locally. We have a few desks and a lot of storage for site equipment and documents. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, usually just a short ride on a bike. We spend our days dealing with the local logistics and making sure the work in this district stays on schedule. It can be quiet some afternoons, but then a delivery truck shows up and everything gets hectic for a few hours. We don't have fancy tech; just what we need to get the job done. The floor is concrete and we have a few ceiling fans that squeak a bit when they are on the high setting. It’s a honest place to work. We usually sit outside for a bit in the evenings when the sun starts to go down and it cools off. It’s just a small team of us handling things for the company in this part of Maharashtra.
