Up here in Loni, near Warud, things are a bit quieter than the big cities. We set up Futane Cashew Processing in Chandra Nagar. It’s basically right where we live and work in the Amravati district. Processing cashews is a lot of hands-on work. You have to watch the shells and the drying process very carefully. We don't have a big team of executives. It's mostly just a few of us making sure the nuts are cleaned and sorted properly. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space with the right tools for the job. Sometimes the weather in Maharashtra makes the drying take longer than we want, which can be frustrating. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a logo on every wall. Most people just walk in through the main doors if they need something. Loni is a small place, so everyone knows where we are. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the cashew batches. Some days are long, especially during the harvest times, and we end up staying late under the lights. It is a bit of a messy business, but we enjoy the routine of it. We've got our system down now after doing it this way for a while. No one here cares about sounding corporate, we just want to get the work done.
