Dr Ashok Clinic

Dr Ashok Clinic is situated in Baba Hardas Ram Nagar. It is one of those places that has been around for the locals for quite a bit. The clinic itself is quite basic. We have a small entrance and a room where Dr Ashok sees his patients. We don't have a lot of staff, just a couple of us helping out with the patients and the cleaning. Baba Hardas Ram Nagar is a place where everyone kind of knows each other, so the clinic feels more like a community spot than a cold medical facility. We deal with common illnesses, fevers, and general health complaints. Some days the bench outside is full of people waiting, and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We don’t have a fancy sign or bright lights. It’s just a plain door that stays open during our working hours. We try to keep the records organized, but sometimes it’s a bit of a struggle with the physical files. People come in from the surrounding streets and sometimes from further away if they’ve been coming to Dr Ashok for a long time. It’s an honest, no-frills kind of place. We just focus on looking after the people who come to us. There is no corporate office behind us, just a local doctor working in his neighborhood. It feels right being part of the daily life here in the nagar. We see families grow and change over the years. It's just a regular part of our lives.
