Daryapur Poly Clinic

Daryapur Poly Clinic is situated on the Main Road in the Banosa area of Daryapur. We are deep in the Amravati district and this town has a very specific local feel to it. Being on the main road means we are right in the middle of everything. It can be quite noisy with the buses and tractors going past, but that’s just part of life here. We call it a poly clinic because we try to handle a variety of health issues under one roof. We aren't a massive multi-story hospital, just a regular place where you can get checked out. The staff here are all local and we know a lot of the families who come in by name. We’ve seen kids grow up and come back with their own families over the years. Some days the power goes out or the water is a bit slow, but we just keep going. We don’t have any fancy marketing people writing stuff for us. We just open the doors in the morning and see who needs help. It’s a lot of basic medicine and listening to people’s complaints. We try to keep the place clean and tidy, even if it’s an old building. People in Banosa know where we are and what we do, and that is enough for us. It’s just a steady, daily effort to keep the clinic running for the community. We don't plan on changing how we do things anytime soon.
