Dafle Hospital

Dafle Hospital has been sitting in Rukhmini Nagar for quite a while now. We’re right in the heart of the residential area, so we see a lot of the families who live nearby. It’s not a flashy place with a big neon sign. We just have a simple building that serves the people here. Rukhmini Nagar is a quiet enough place, though it gets a bit more traffic during the day. We’ve seen the neighborhood grow up around us. The staff here are just regular people. We don’t go in for fancy titles or corporate talk. We just show up, put on our uniforms, and get to work. Sometimes the waiting room gets a bit full, especially on Monday mornings, but we try to get through everyone as fast as we can without rushing the important stuff. It’s a small operation, really. We know most of the people who come in by their first names. We don’t spend much on advertising because word of mouth in Rukhmini Nagar is usually enough. People know where we are if they need help. It’s a straightforward way to run a hospital. We just focus on the basics and make sure the place stays clean and ready for whoever walks in. It’s been our way for years, and we don't see any reason to change it. Every day is different, but the goal is always just to help the person in front of us.
