About D-Aerttha Milk Research & Cultural Foundation – Charity & Non Profit Organisations in Amravati
We operate out of Kheltapmali in Achalpur, which is part of the Amravati area. Our place is at 248/1. It’s a bit different from the big city offices you see in movies. It feels more like a part of the local landscape here. We’ve got a mix of things going on with the milk research and the cultural side of what we do. It keeps us busy, that’s for sure. The building is simple and doesn't have much in the way of decoration. We have some old wooden tables and chairs that have been around as long as the foundation has. Outside, it’s mostly quiet, which we like. It lets us focus on the work without too many distractions. People from the village often stop by to chat or ask about what we are doing today. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who care about the local traditions and the agricultural side of things. Sometimes the electricity goes out, but we just wait it out or work by the windows. It’s a slow pace of life compared to Mumbai, but it suits us just fine. We handle our own chores and keep the place running as best we can. It’s an honest way to spend the day, working on things that matter to the community here in Amravati. We don't need much to keep things moving along.
