You can find us at Sana House in Jhilmil Colony. We are right on Val Gaon Road, so there’s a good bit of traffic passing by. Carewell Pharma occupies a section of the house that we’ve converted for our needs. It’s a busy place, especially when we are loading or unloading stock. Jhilmil Colony is a nice enough area to work in. We’ve got some desks for the paperwork and plenty of storage space for the supplies. It’s not a fancy office with a receptionist; usually, one of us just looks up from a desk when someone comes in. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and making sure our records are up to date. Val Gaon Road can get quite dusty, so we are always cleaning the windows. We don't have any mission statements hanging on the walls. We just have a calendar and a few lists of things to do. It’s a practical way to run a business. Most of the people around Jhilmil Colony know who we are. We don't try to be anything special, just a reliable place that handles pharmaceutical needs. Sometimes the afternoon heat makes it a bit slow, but we just keep at it. It’s honest work and we stay busy enough. We’re just a regular group of people working out of Sana House every day to get the orders processed.
